# How to get support

To get support for the AI Manager please use your Nx support contact.

You can also work through the [troubleshooting](/ai-manager-v6.1.3/support-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting.md) steps to solve the problem yourself before contacting support.

## Before contacting support

Have the following information ready; support will ask for it:

1. **OS version and architecture** e.g. `Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64` or `Ubuntu 20.04 aarch64`
2. **Nx plugin version** visible in Camera Settings → Integrations → AI Manager
3. **The sclblmod log file** see [Collecting system information](/ai-manager-v6.1.3/support-and-troubleshooting/troubleshooting/collecting-system-information.md) for instructions on how to gather this
