How to contact support and what information to gather beforehand.

To get support for the AI Manager, use your Nx support contact.

To get support for the AI Manager, contact your reseller.

Work through the troubleshooting steps to solve the problem before contacting support.

Before Contacting Support

Have the following information ready; support will ask for it:

OS version and architecture e.g. Ubuntu 22.04 x86_64 or Ubuntu 20.04 aarch64
Nx plugin version visible in Camera Settings → Integrations → AI Manager
The sclblmod log file see Collecting system information ( or the Windows instructions ) for instructions on how to gather this

Contact your reseller for support and product resources.
